Does anyone know how to make the stage move without actually moving it?
Maybe make an image that sets the stage?
I know Alvin Earthworm does it that way.

Solar-Eclipse
If you mean the background. You get a sprite sheet of the background that you want. Resize it so the at fills up the full document and a bit more. Convert To Symbol and creat a motion tween.
